GOD BLESS AMERICA

"God Bless America?" This saying is far too widespread, but not yet understood as to its significance and true depth of what it means. The way that this saying is used today, you would see it as no more important than the word hi. This country was built on nothing more than a huge facade. And we wonder why we are in the condition we find ourselves subjected to every moment of every day. The ironically, sad part about this whole situation is, we fall right back into the same ridiculous tactics that led us to our current plight in the first place.

"God Bless America?" I challenge our President and our Congress to wipe the slate clean, and take these three simple but powerful words, use them to create a foundation and build from there, never losing sight of what these three words mean. From our government down, we have successfully nullified everything this country was supposed to have stood for.

"God Bless America?" right from the very beginning, we were being lied to and manipulated into thinking that our founding fathers were doing everything for the benefit of each and every citizen of this country. What a farce! From the Declaration of Independence to the Constitution, we as "The People" have been hoodwinked, bamboozled and had the wool pulled over our eyes time and time again.

Come on, by all means we are by far an intelligent society... We "The People" as a whole must break free from the bonds of conformity and begin to use the God given intelligence we were each created with. This is your (our) country. Do your research and learn what you need to know to be in tune with and part of your future. When we broke free from the British, the colonists believed that government could be evil because they had been oppressed by a dictatorial government that did not respect their rights. People were imprisoned for political reasons, their homes were searched on the whim of a government official... They had no faith in the fairness of the judicial process. That lack of faith led to revolution. Today, we are yet again suffering from the same situation, but yet we complain and do nothing.

We must learn, educate ourselves and in turn teach our children, for the future of this country and the future of this planet.
